MiPalette ships orders to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping options, costs, taxes, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout before payment.

In-stock items are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping destination and carrier service.

Pre-order, campaign, limited offer, creator collaboration, or membership-related products may have different production and fulfillment timelines. These timelines will be shown on the relevant product page, campaign page, or checkout page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

If your package is delayed, damaged, missing, or delivered to an incorrect address, please contact us at support@mipalette.com with your order number and checkout email.
